Fees & Charges

MEMBERSHIP OF ASSOCIATION

As a not-for-profit incorporated association, all families accessing our Service are required to become members of our Association.

New families – $3.00 for the first year (based on a calendar year)
Returning families – $2.00 per year (based on a calendar year)

CHILDCARE

Enrolment fees
$50.00 per child administration fee for new children this includes a hat) $20.00 per child for re-enrolling children

Security Bonds – these are refundable on exit from the Service if all fees are up to date
Oberon: $200.00 per child
O’Connell and Perthville: $50.00 per child

Session fees
NOTE: these fees are before any Child Care (CCS) subsidy is applied. Families are required to pay the calculated gap fees.
Oberon:
Nursery/Toddler Room: $123.75
Preschool Room: $119.25
(Oberon full day fee – includes morning and afternoon tea, nappies, wipes, and sunscreen)
O’Connell:
$89.25 (O’Connell full day fee – includes nappies, wipes, and sunscreen)
Perthville:
$79.69 (Perthville full day fee – includes nappies, wipes, and sunscreen)

PRESCHOOL

NOTE: Fee free Preschool is available for children who turn 3 years old on or before 31 July, during the year they start at the Service. Families will be invoiced each term, then receive a credit subsidy from the NSW Department of Education for all eligible children.

$35.00 per day full fee
$19.00 per day concession fee (Concession card holders)
$9.00 per day First Nations families
$39.00 per day for children who turn 3yrs after 31 July during the year they start Preschool
$10.00 per child per term Materials Levy for each day of attendance
