Playsessions

Playsessions are parent-participation sessions for children 0-5 years which promote social interaction and provide educational opportunities.  They offer social support and information for the parents as well as the children.

These sessions run for 2 to 2½ hours (depending on location) and provide both indoor and outdoor activities as well as Toy Library borrowing facilities and parent information (books, pamphlets, magazines).

The cost for these sessions is $3.00 per child.  You will also need to bring a drink for your child/ren and a piece of fruit for the children to share at morning tea.  CHILDREN UNDER 12 MONTHS ARE FREE.  (Please refer to section on FEES & CHARGES for further information).

ROUTINE:

• Indoor free choice activity time
• Outdoor Play
• Group Time
• Morning Tea/Lunch Time
• Packing up
• Home Time

WHAT TO BRING:

• 1 piece of fruit for shared Morning Tea
• Drink
• Hat for Outside Play
